I have an order for child support in another state, how do I get that moved to Minnesota?
If you have an order in another state, Minnesota can collect support by working with the other state. Complete an application and return it with a copy of the other states order. After review of the information provided, the child support officer will request further documentation if necessary to request enforcement from the other state.

For application information, please visit the Minnesota Department of Human Services page.
