    Child and Teen Checkups are well child exams that are no cost for children, teens and young adults who are enrolled in Medical Assistance.

    Minnesota´s Follow Along Program will help you know if your child is playing, talking, growing, moving and acting like other children the same age.

  3. Help Me Grow

    Help Me Grow offers resources to parents and families to identify developmental milestones, address concerns and initiate services or additional support, if necessary.

  4. Home Visiting Services

    We know most brain development occurs in the first years of a child’s life: during this critical developmental period, parents receive support and knowledge on how children grow and learn to get them ready for school.
