Provider Manual
The IMCare Provider Manual is a reference guide to the policies and procedures governing Minnesota's Prepaid Medical Assistance, MinnesotaCare, Minnesota Senior Care Plus (MSC+), Minnesota Senior Health Options (MSHO), and details IMCare's requirements for prior authorizations, referrals, and claims submission.
This manual is meant to be used as general guidance. It is not all encompassing of federal rules, state statutes and other regulatory guidance.
